ELANDSGRACHT ~ Trying to escape from the not so harmonious noises of the city for a little while? The Pop Art 2 bedroom self catering holiday apartment for up to 4 guests is located just on the edge of the city center with a district that is full of supermarkets, restaurants and designer boutiques.
Current and absorbing is the best way to present this furnished accommodation that measures 65 square meters on the first floor.
In the very bright living/lounge area, the white and cream colors are very soothing to the eyes. You have 2 leather sofa beds which are very gorgeous and comfortable to sit on. Watch local channels on the flat screen TV while having dinner around the table that has seating for 6.
Modern and current is the kitchen which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, cooking hubs, coffee machine, cooking ware and cutlery. Essentially providing you with all the things you need for a well prepared meal!
The first bedroom has a double bed with side tables, reading lamps and wardrobe for extra comfort. In the 2nd bedroom, which is smaller in size, there is a single bed with a side table and a reading lamp. Bed sheets, linen and blankets will be provided. Both bedrooms have large windows that can be opened up for sunshine and can be closed for privacy.
With brand new fixtures and tiles, the classy bathroom has a shower corner, a bathtub and two sinks with a heated drying rack. There is a separate toilet providing privacy for all. A Washer and dryer are also at your disposal.
This apartment is a 10 minute walk to the Leidseplein and a 15 minute walk to the Vondelpark. There is public transport just around the corner which gives you the opportunity to travel all around the city! Book now!
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
cleaning fee 40 euros.
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
Additional fees, if applicable, must be arranged directly with the Host after booking. Only accommodation fees are payable when booking through the HouseTrip platform.
