The flat is in a historical building situated in the Galata area close to Istiklal Avenue, which that takes you through the heart of Istanbul's commercial and entertainment Pedestrian Boulevard, leading to the famous Taksim Square.
Central for all travel connections. (i.e. 5 minutes walk to the conventional ferries, Kabatas-Zeytinburnu tramway and Şişhane subway station.)
Neighborhood is safe, with lots of tourists during the day but not crowded like Taksim Square, and is exciting with its vibrant narrow streets to be discovered.
The apartment is very close to Galata Tower on a beautiful quiet street. Famous designers’ shops are located on the street, and it's often used as a site for filming commercials because it’s considered one of the most charming streets in Istanbul.
Museums (i.e. Istanbul Modern Art, Pera), exhibition galleries, large stores, mosques, churches, synagogues are all within walking distance.

The 3-bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor. Every separate room measures appr. 14 square meters size with 3.5 m. high ceilings. The flat is 130 square meters in total. With a comfortable full-size bed, you'll sleep very well.
There is one huge bathroom with a large tub and shower, plus one smaller bathroom.
You can chit-chat with your friends while you are cooking in the big kitchen, and eat in the lovely dining room.
Floors and ceilings are made of beautiful wood.
Fast ADSL connection and free wifi throughout the apartment..
Other Basic Amenities include dishwasher, hair dryer, quality house linens and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fridge/freezer, and spring water.

HOUSE RULES:
House rules are pretty much simple and rational I would say. You should really feel like home but also respect the place you are accomodated in, meaning not kicking the doors and walls, not throwing things to each other, not breaking house staff. Keep it down after midnight.

Yes, other people are also living in the building.
Due to having an old flat and a wooden structure, as you can imagine the sound insulation is not perfect. That's why I'll ask you not to walk with 'high yield shoes' in the apartment
It is not usual to listen to the music loudly in the apartment.
