Very cozy villa near the town center in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, Malaga. Walking distance 10 mins to the beach. The plot is south-west; sun shines most of the the day.
The house is in one plan. Modern, open kitchen with cooking privacy. Living room is connected to dining area. Chairs for 6. Extra chairs available. In living room there is also a fireplace which has Danish heat-blow system for winter time pleasure.
Extra bedroom in "library",sleeps 2, very comfortable with A/C
Main bedroom with lots of wardrobes connected with bathroom.The bed is king-size (width 190cm). Sleeps 2(or3). Baby cot available.
Second bedroom with large mirror wardrobes.One "Spanish double bed"(130cm) and one 90 cm bed.Sleeps 2 or 3.Own bathroom.
Housekeeping area is situated through the whole house in north-east side.Laundry, storage, cleaning equipment etc. There is also a big, economical Swedish hot water system.
In the garden there is large lawn for play, games or children fun.
Dining area has its own gas-barbecue, water connection and electricity. Romantic atmosphere, lights and torches makes garden enjoyable.
Heated and lightened swimming pool is more than 2 meters deep in the other end.Pool can be in steady temperature all year round with computerized heating system. By the poolside there is plenty of room for relaxation. Dining table and fireplace for dark evenings and you can also use it as a grill. There are also atmosphere lightning and torches and lanterns...
Sauna has been made by Finnish know how. Sauna is just by the pool. There is also outdoor shower. The sauna can be used only if you ask a permission.(You must know how to use it-6kw heater).
The house is situated in good area of Fuengirola. Nice neighborhood gives an international environment. Neighbors (all respects your privacy) are very friendly Danish,English,Spanish and nearby is a flat of blocks mainly for holiday apartments of people from Madrid.
The area is peaceful and there is not much traffic. The road is one way.
Parking is in front of the house or in the parking place.
The distance to the Malaga airport is 15-20 minutes.The distance to Marbella is 20-25 minutes.
Fuengirola is a great place to be situated on Costa del Sol. The main attraction of this town is the beaches. Fuengirola beach is over seven kilometers long.A variety of water sports are enjoyed here.The marina can be found alongside the traditional fisherman port where you can still see daily catches being taken ashore.For golfers it is a great place; there are 56 courses on the coast.For children there are two aqua parks,zoo, tivoli etc.For those who like horse riding Hippodromo is the place and casino is the place for gamblers.
There are hundreds of restaurants and pubs.
From Fuengirola it is easy to travel by car or local train to other cities(Marbella,Torremolinos,Benalmadena,Granada,Cordoba..)or Andalucian white villages(Mijas Pueblo,Frigliana,Casares..)
