Casa Iulia Lucretia is located on the ground floor of a historic building of the XV century, in front of the beautiful view of the Forum of Augustus (Imperial Forums) and the huge columns of the Temple of Mars the Avenger.
After the entrance, so particular for its 'sanpietrini' and Romanesque columns, going up three steps you arrive to the apartment. Opening the door there are the entrance and the kitchen area.
The largest room is composed with a window facing outside, a round table with chairs, furnished with a king-size real bed, a sofa/futon bed (it opens to become a single bed) and a spaciuos wardrobe. The bathroom is comfortable with bathtub and shower and is located at higher level, 5 steps up.
The apartment is fully furnished with all the equipment like: fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, microwave, pots, sheets, blankets, towels... and if something will be missing I'll bring it immediately! I will be always at your disposal!
For children 0-3 years there are an high chair and a cot, obviously I'll give with no extra fee!
Coliseum, Piazza Venezia, the Capitoline Hill, and all the surrounding archaeological sites are part of the neighborhood. At 300 meters there are subways (Cavour stop and Colosseo stop), and bus stops at 50 meters that connect all points of tourist interest: Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, however reached by a pleasant walk, and many other art venues.
The area is full of characteristic restaurants, clubs and Wine Bar, but you going to sleep well thanks to the large walls of the ancient building and the wall of the Augustus Forum that makes the street pretty quiet.

I really don't know where to begin! The apartment is perfect to visit Rome, very unique in arrangement. It looks even better than the photos (not saing the photos are that bad :P)! The host was very kind and helpful. And the finally the location is great, only 5 min walking to the coliseum or piazza venezia! Should I ever return to Rome, I hope this house is available!
Wonderful stay at Casa Julia Lucretia,the location couldn't be better for sight seeing in the historic centre, the apartment was clean and well equipped and Giulia was as helpful an obliging as anyone could want, will stay there again when we return to beautiful roma. L'appartement est parfaitement placé au coeur de Rome. Julia est une parfaite hôte. Le logement est très fonctionnel, spacieux. Tous les commerces sont proches. Nous conserverons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Le logement y est pour beaucoup. Il est agréable, après une journée de visite de se retrouver dans un nid douillet.
The very best accomodation we had during our Europe trip. Very clean, nice and soft bed. Very friendly owners who for a little fee picked up my husband and his daughter from the airport even at the late evening hour. We couldnt find more perfect location. Only few steps to walk to the main road where you are in the historical centre of Rome - you walk for about 1 minute to the main road where you can see Colloseum in a short distance (awesome place!!!!!) We LOVED IT there!!! If we ever go back to Rome, we will definetly stay here again.
