A flat of approx 90 sq mt, including porch and balcony - breathtaking views on surrounding hills - 6th and top floor of elegant condominium - the lift goes up to the 5th floor and then 17 step-stairs to the door - with door keeper service in daytime - close to Piazza Libertà, city ring road - 15 min walk from city heart centre - accomodate 2 (1 bedroom with twin or large bed) - fully furnished with all facilities - air conditioning and ceiling fans - central heating - Front balcony with table and chairs - rear balcony
The place is offered for SELF-CATERING i.e. NOT including breakfast, meals, change of linen, cleaning but we offer, of course, all necessary info about these if so desired- Two single beds or, on demand, one only large bed - The area is strictly NON-SMOKING whilst smoking is of course permitted on the balcony, thanks for understanding

HouseTrip enables you to pay for your bookings online using a debit or credit card. This payment is then held securely by an independent third party until 2 days after you have arrived at the property, when it is transferred to the owner. By handling this process, certain taxes and fees are incurred, which are included in this section.

Additional Fees
