The apartment is in a good location but there is only enough room for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. The sofa bed is pretty uncomfortable and the futon will no way take 2, one of our group of 5 had to sleep on the floor. There are no walls between the main bedroom and the rest of the flat so don't expect privacy, it also smells quite strongly of stale cigarettes. The wifi didn't work, when we connected we got a provider message that looked like it was saying the service had been cut off. This place is not exactly cheap and we were quite disappointed. I'm not sure if that's what you can expect in paris but from a general point of view I wouldn't stay here again.
this is a dreadful appartment and i would not recommend staying in it. it is dirty, far too small for 5 people, let alone 8. the host was not there so i can make no comments about her. there was one key only so if you are a group be sure you never do anything that requires you coming in separately. the oven was dirty and smoked the whole flat out when we heated up bread. there was only bedding for 4 people so one person had to use only a blanket. the futon on the floor which one person had was filthy. i have complained to housetrip as this property is not of the standard they should be advertising. i think it is wrong to say it sleeps 8 and i would recommend not going there. there are much better places in paris and much cheaper. the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. it had no obvious heating that worked so was cold and the hot water was dodgy. horrible. has put me off housetrip as a company although have stayed in fabulous appartment with them before.
Appartement plein de charme idéalement situé dans Paris, quartier calme, métro à proximité. Appartement propre (la femme de ménage passe), lit de la mezzanine confortable (vrai lit), par contre la propreté des sofas laisse à désiré... Appartement trop petit pour 8 mais parfait pour 6 adultes. Salle de bain agréable et lumineuse, deux wc... Par contre prévoyez vos couvertures si vous y séjournez l'hiver car le chauffage est minime et il manque de couvertures! pensez aussi aux serviettes de toilette. Très bon accueil, très chaleureux. Nous y retrounerons!!!!! (mais quand il fera plus chaud!)
Wunderbare ruhige Lage, in einem Innenhof, gemütliches kleines Apartement. Für 8 Leute definitiv zu eng. Wir 4 Erwachsenen hatten genug Platz. Sauberkeit des Futons, ( immer noch derselbe) der Kissen und Bettdecken lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ausserdem sind die Matratzen der beiden Bettsofas viel zu dünn und nicht für 2 Schläfer geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns wunderbar in Paris willkommen geheissen. Thank you Elise!
Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour son côté typique et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Les poutres apparentes rendent ce lieu vraiment particulier. Le lit du 1er étage est très confortable ainsi que les sofas en bas, les rangements de la cuisine demandent à être un peu plus propres. L'accueil et le départ furent agréable et rapide. Le prix reste assez élevé pour avoir discuté avec une amie agent immobilier sur la loi Carrez appliquée au lieu! Cependant, nous sommes susceptibles de revenir! A bientôt.
