The apartment is spread over two rooms, one bedroom with a bathroom and a lounge with kitchenette, sofa bed is comfortable and spacious. At the center of a large entrance allows you to make breakfast. All around, it is surrounded by a terrace with views that runs from the Castelli Romani Montemario, passing views of the beauties of the Roman rooftops. The neighborhood is very centrally located, offers a very business like Via Appia new, and excellent links with the city center. There are many different ethnic restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, cinemas and anything else you may need it. A food is just below the ground floor of the building.

Area known throughout Italy as the main square in front of the church, every May 1, is also a popular concert, which sees the stage a large number of Italian and foreign musical groups.
Next to the basilica is located at the Holy Staircase, which traditionally consists of 28 steps that would go to those locations by Jesus to Pontius Pilate. On top of the scale is called Sancta Sanctorum chapel which houses some of the most important Christian relics.

Appartement idéalement situé dans Rome à 5 minutes à pied du métro et proche de tout commerce. La décoration intérieure est superbe sans compter la vue imprenable depuis la terrasse. Ce logement est parfaitement équipé et permet de passer un séjour plus qu'agréable entre deux visites de la ville. Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur sympathie !!! Voilà une adresse à retenir!
I can certainly recommend this apartment. It's modern, clean, lots of light and very cozy with huge and beautiful terrace. There are all things you need and even more. Very comfortable with children. Very warm welcome (with wine). Public transportation are nearby, metro (15 minutes), bus (5 min). A small market and pharmacy nearby. Only one drawback - there is no air conditioning. P.S. you can pick up small strawberries in terrace!
Grazie infinite per la recensione e per essere stati nostri ospiti (spero torniate). Abbiamo in programma di mettere l'aria condizionata (l'appartamento è nuovo, e per iniziare abbiamo messo l'essenziale per il massimo confort). La casa però è ben ventilata. Le fragole ci sono tutto l'anno, in settembre invece ci sono i fichi, spesso anche le ciliegie e le albicocche
