This Damrak apartment is perfectly located in the very center of Amsterdam. Near by the Royal Palace and the Dam Square, the perfect location for a city trip through the heart of the Netherlands. It is only a ten minute walk to Central Station or just one stop with one of the many trams that will stop in front of the apartment. At the end of the street are shops and a coffeeshop.
The apartment has a spacious living room with an open kitchen. In the living you will find a flat screen TV, a closet to store your luggage and two comfortable sofas, which can be easily turned into extra beds when needed. Furthermore, there is a dining table which bridges the living with the kitchen. Here you will find all the cookware you need, including a dishwasher. The first bedroom is on the same floor and accommodates two persons on one double bed.
Upstairs is the bathroom with two sinks and a shower, the separated toilet is across the hallway. On the same floor are two bedrooms, each for three persons on three single beds. The ambiance in the apartment is modern and light, combined with the black wooden ceiling beams. When planning to see a lot of Amsterdam, this apartment is a perfect choice because of its central location.
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
cleaning fee 40 euros.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
Additional fees, if applicable, must be arranged directly with the Host after booking. Only accommodation fees are payable when booking through the HouseTrip platform.

Caroline Grosse deception! l'appartement ne correspond pas a la description: il y a bien 3 chambres mais une avec 2 lits simples et 2 chambres aves 3 lits; la plupart des ampoules electriques ne marchaient pas, la chauffage de la salle de bain ne marchait pas et il fait froid en fevrier a Amsterdam!!! 2 stores étaient cassés. Tres bruillant le matin, appart dans une petite rue mais livraison dès 6 h le matin!!! Grasse matinée impossible!!! nos avons signalé tout cela a l'agence qui a envoyé quelqu'un qui n'a rien réparé même pas changé une ampoule!!!!Beacoup trop cher au vu de la prestation.
