What a fabulous location for a trip to Rome! The apartment was clean and furnished beautifully. Fabrizio met us, helped us unload our suitcases, strollers, and travel cot, and then helped my husband find parking. Fabrizio was responsive all week via phone and txt. I highly recommend this apartment for the location and excellent management. Within walking distance to Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, and the Coliseum. Restaurants and shopping are down the stairs only a few steps away. Looking over the Pantheon at dusk from the large windows in the apartment is magical. The only small negative was the water pressure in the shower was low. But we would stay again regardless!
the prop was great the onsite contact was not...nevere answered his phone the entire time we were there..weNEVER HAD WI FI....never arranged for key pick up at end of stay...i would like a refund for the lack of the promised wifi....the facility must have let the wifi contract run out..please write back with details about the refund thank you al ciraldo

Just once time answered a lady who said that she was not able to communicate whit you. Btw I never receive you calls, never! ABOUT WIFI The wifi was not worked just for 3 days because the phone company did not give the service cause damage, in anyway we found another solution to arrange you whit another WIFI connection in the apartment near yours, but unfortunately we were not able to communicate with you even for the keys and check-out. And I insist to say that I have never received your call, and you had my number. Regards
