Villa Antigua is a beautiful house for vacational rental of Picalu Villas & Management. It is located inside a Gated Community: Puerto Aventuras, in the caribbean Mèxico, close to Akumal, Tulum and somne other nice locations as Cenote Dos Ojos, Cobá, Biosphere of Sian Kaan.
You will enjoy a lovely vacation inmerged in the peaceful tranquility of these heavenly beaches having at only 5 minutes walk restaurants, bars, farmacy, shops of every kind, the delfinarium, and so many other amenities. At the same time, our Villa offers you all the privacy and peace you were looking for.
Our structure is ideal for newlyweds, families with children, golf lovers, water sports and high-sea fishing fans. The environment is very quiet and pleasant. We have a private swimming pool, a large garden, and at few steps away a lovely tourquoise sea. Some beach clubs are nearby and will ask for entrance fee is you desire using their structures or food. We are just in front of the Marina Yacht club, with its cute shops and restaurants, bars, delfinarium, yachts and fishermen...

In Villa Antigua lies a natural cenote in the garden where you will encounter lots of wild animal species: agoutis, iguanas, squirrels, tourtles, frogs, tropical birds, spider monkeys, and crabs!
In the Villa there are 3 rooms with excellent views: the Garden, little jungle and Golf field, the Cenote itself, the swimming pool and the Marina Yacht Club of Puerto Aventuras.
The minimum stay is 2 nights and up to 3 people we will give the Suite room. If more rooms are needed you will be charged more. Please contact us to ask amount requested.
Playa del Carmen is round the corner and taxis or public transportation are available at decent rates at all times.
There is plenty of parking on the street or in our driveways for your car in case you bring or rent one.
We include breakfast in the price.
Kitchen:
1-We let use of kitchen, you must provide with your own food and ingredients to cook and you will have to clean afterwards the whole area used to cook.
2-If you desire full board service, we cook for you including a liter each day (each 2 people) of wine of the house: californian cabernet sauvignon(or local beer) or
3-if you wish to have seldom dinners, we can cook at extra price. Let us know what you prefer.
Daily full board (lunch & dinner for 2 people) starts at 25 usd$ per day. High quality dinners can be programmed, and price will vary depending upon the choice.
We offer day cleaning and maintenance of swimmingpool, garden, weekly linen and towel change,in the package.
Our Managers are on location: Alejandrina and Roberto will be available at all times to help you enjoy your vacation as much as you can.
All our rooms all have air conditioned, ceiling fans and free wifi.
