Cha-Am and Hua Hin are located on the sunrise side of the Gulf of Thailand. Cha Am, the smaller and more original Thai and quieter place, is distant about 2 ½ hours (180 km) southwest of Bangkok. It is here where our new Residential Development "Baanusabai" is accommodated. Baanusabai stands for "Living with Nature".

Cha Am offers a tremendously relaxing seaside, ideal for family holidays. But there is more Cha Am has on offer for those who want to get to know more about Thailand, its culture, its National Parks, historical places, architecture, landscape, animal life and not least Buddhism being the backbone of the way Thais live.

There are all sorts of activities easy to reach from horse riding to bicycling, you can hire all kinds of motorbikes and cars, you can go for tracking tours or just swim and surf in the waves. Definitely the wide and miles-long beach is one of the most beautiful on the west side of the Gulf of Thailand. The southern part is more fun oriented, more lively, the northern part more quiet and relaxing.

Very close, overlooking the sea, is the wooden palace of King Rama VI. which he used as a summer residence. Thailand's largest National Park is located about 50 kilometers northwest of Cha-am. It extends west to the border of Burma with great mountains, waterways, dams and marvelous lakes. But you also can feel comfortable in one of the most famous vine yards af ASEAN wining and dining in the middle of a wonderful vinery. But you also may just like to stroll through the Cha Am Forest Park which is only 10 minutes away from our “Modern Thai Style Holiday House”.

In fact Baanusabai is a new residential development, located 5 walking minutes from the Cha Am Center but still on the village edge with all the nature in front.
