Villa Efrossini, built in 2007, is situated within 600m2 of land on Melanouri Hill, on the outskirts of Pitsidia. Accessible via a private road, the villa boasts a garage, a 3.5m x 9m swimming pool, a garden with olive trees, banana palms and cacti, garden furniture, a barbecue area and a parasol. The sea is only 1000 m away.
The owner, Mr Pachakis, loves working with natural stone, and his artistry can be seen inside and outside the house. Villa Efrossini has an inside space of 115m2 and is large enough for 4-5 people. The lower entrance is roofed over and invites guests to enjoy the views across the valley to Komos beach and the sea. The large kitchen has been fitted with all modern conveniences: a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, cooker hood, dish washer, food mixer, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee machine. A large glass front with double doors leads to the roofed terrace, From here you also reach the large living room, which has been divided into a number of separate areas. A comfortable sofa next to an impressive stone hearth promises relaxation while viewing heavenly sunsets, listening to music or watching TV. The special dining area invites you to sample the delicacies of Cretan cuisine. A comfortable rest area with Cretan four-poster bed and a writing desk with internet connection complete the atmosphere. Ceiling lamps made of mouth-blown glass and the hand-made furniture underline the quality of the whole house.
Under the stairs you find a guest toilet with sink, a shower and a top-loading washing machine. The stairs lead to the first floor with two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The bathroom offers a hydrospa bathtub, toilet and washbasin. A large terrace/ balcony stretches across the whole front of the house.
Villa Efrossini has been furnished to a very high standard and, together with the beautiful garden, will not leave any wishes unfulfilled. Uniquely beautiful views, space and relaxation are waiting for you. However, the villa is close enough to the village so that you can do your shopping on foot as well as visit the local tavernas and restaurants for their Cretan delicacies. With its generous layout the house is ideal for children and, of course, the swimming pool offers fun and refreshment for adults and children alike.
