Comfortable apartment with large private garden a few minutes’ walk from Metro A (Battistini Station). You can easily access all major attractions by metro, St. Peter Square being only 5 stops away. The area is also served by day and night public buses, restaurants, take away pizzeria, supermarkets, as well as local groceries with typical Italian delicacies.
The apartment is in a nice building and comes with two large bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a single bedroom with a second private bathroom. It is fully equipped with cooking stove, oven, microwave, free-to air satellite TV in most rooms, DVD player, radio, telephone for receiving, unlimited WiFi connection, computer with headphones and printer, washing machine, dish washer, indoor and outdoor fridges, safe.
The two large bedrooms are well furnished. One has a double bed, large wardrobe, drawers, and TV with satellite decoder. The other has two separate single beds (twin beds), wardrobe, drawers, shelves, and a large desk with a TV connected to a VHS reader, and a computer connected to the internet with headphone, printer and scanner. The computer contains open access files specifically developed to help you to self-plan your touring in town.
It is possible to eat in the Kitchen(up to 4 persons at a time), or in the separate living room furnished with a round wooden table and a sofa that can be opened into an additional comfortable double bed. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and a high quality stereo where you can connect your own mp3 player or laptop.
The garden has large trees, grass, barbecue, outdoor table, table tennis, terraces, and decorative pond with red fishes.
Parking is allowed and free of charge on the road just outside the apartment. Small and middle size cars can be parked inside the private garden. Large cars, mini vans and SUVs can be parked in a parking area 250 meters from the apartment for an additional cost of Eur 25 per week (this is a third party's service for which booking is required).
Bed-sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, blow dryer and basic food stuff for breakfast on the day of arrival are provided. You will also find detergents including soap for the dish-washer and for the washing machine.
Rental is fully inclusive of heating, water, electricity, council tax, television licence, gardening service, linen, towels, telephone, internet, final cleaning and the welcome pack.

Here you can enjoy the green space of the large private garden in town just next to the historical centre! Rome is a large city with a poorly developed underground system by European standards. Thanks to the apartment's convenient position close to the main metro line you can easely and cheaply reach the main attractions by metro and short walkings.

After booking we will provide detailed directions about transfers from and to the main ports of arrival . Ciampino Airport is far but can be reached by public transport at the very cheap cost of Eur 2.70 per person. Fiumicino Airport is closer for transfer by taxi or shuttle car. Public transportation is also available via Termini Railway Station.
Several companies and associations offer interesting but rather expensive guided tours in Rome. The ‘Rome Heritage’ booklet available at “La Magnolia” was developed to help you to self-plan your touring. It provides: a) the basic historical information about the town; b) outlines of the most representative sites, momnuments, churches and museums organised in thematic documents; and c) suggestions for self-organised daily tours including Ostia Antica and Tivoli outside town.
You can also visit Florence or Pompei in one day by high speed trains from Termini Station.
The apartment is well connected to Policlinico Agostino Gemelli (L’appartamento è vicino al Policlinico Agostino Gemelli, raggiungibile con poche fermate di autobus).
Our 5 day stay in Rome was very pleasant, especially because of our stay in this home. It is a nice basic home with all the needed items and very affordable. It was great to be so close to the Metro and the Bus. The area is plenty safe for walking around day or night. The house has a wonderful garden and even a ping pong table which was a treat. The parking was arranged as agreed and was only 25 Euro for 4 days. Marco was unable to be around and greet us, but his wife and son were, and they both spoke English and were very nice. There were 7 adults and a baby and there was enough room. All the beds were plenty restful, and the kitchen had all we needed to fix dinner a few times. It was a great trip, the house was a blessing, and we are all very happy with the way it all worked out. Thanks Marco and Family!!
Es war wirklich toll wie diese Wohnung durch Marco auf uns vorbereitet wurde. So waren alle Zutaten für ein Frühstück wie Kaffeee Toast, Marmelade, Butter, Zucker, Salz etc. bei Ankunft schon da. Neben Bettbezügen und Handtüchern sind auch Waschmittel und Tabs für den Geschirrspüler vorhanden gewesen. So haben wir das bisher in anderen Ferienwohnungen in Deutschland noch nicht erlebt. Auch Marcos freundliche Unterstützung bei der Anreise war toll. Hierfür nochmal vielen Dank!! Die Ausstattung ist zwar scdhon etas älter, erfüllt aber alle Zwecke. Den Garten konntenb wir leider wg. des schlechten Wetters kaum nutzen. Sollten wir wieder nach Rom kommen, werden wir5 unbedingt wieder versuchen dieses Apartmnent zu mieten.
Spacious, comfortable with good-sized yard. Marco is very helpful with advice on general logistics and sightseeing; he even showed us how to make Italian coffee in traditional two-chambered coffee pot which came in handy. The property is at the end of a metro line; the walk from the metro station is uphill on a busy street with no sidewalks. If arriving from airport with a lot of luggage, best to use inexpensive shuttle service directly to the address.
El apartamento es ideal, es amplio, tiene todo lo necesario, esta muy bien conectado pues en todo el frente esta la parada del bus, esta a pocos metros también de la estación del metro si deseas usar el metro, aunque en bus llegas a todos lados. Marcos es muy amable y te ayuda con todo lo posible. Recomendado 100%, si volviera a Roma seguro que me quedaría en este apartamento nuevamente
