It is located on the hillside,in the heart of Marche,5 kilometers from the turquoise Mediterranean sea and 8 kilometers from the town of Fermo, with a lovely view of the hillside and the sea. The house is about 200 square meters with seven rooms on two floors,two hearths,kitchen,living room,bathroom with shower and bedrooms.
On the outside there is a garden with olive and fruit trees,a flower garden with table, chairs and lounges and a large shaded parking lot. It is situated 5 minutes walking distance from a small village with supermarket, chemist and a lovely historic site.
