The layout of the 500m² (5382 sqft) villa has been designed to make it ideal for either a large group or a couple.
You will have a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious dining area with *amazing views*, living area and a large terrace ideal for dining "Al-Fresco" while you enjoy the stunning panoramic views.

All 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and high quality air-conditioners. Three of the bedrooms can be either double or 2 singles, according to your preference. The 4th master bedroom has a double bed with a larger jucuzzi bathtub and can fit another double bed or 2 singles, if needed. Additional beds can also be placed in the very large living room making it a total of 12 people that can sleep in the villa.

which makes your stay peaceful with dramatic views of the Adriatic Coast, mountains, country side and distant towns yet you will also be well located
