Less than 1 MINUTE WALK to the BEACH ! Just 15 minutes walk to the F1 CIRCUIT ! This modern and recently built semi detached house of 3 floors approximately 50m2 per floor, is located at the corner of Rio Tajo and Isabel Villena, in the well known MALVAROSA beach residential neighborhood of VALENCIA. Only a short walk from the beach of more than 3kms in length. The House is also located very near to all local transportation facilities Bus, Trams etc. Taxis pass regularly. A Taxi to the old town or the main shopping area of the city cost approximately 10 Euros and takes about 15mins.
The house is very bright, for being not closely overlooked. It has a very large Patio that surrounds the house by two sides and a further roof Terrace. The Patios is equipped with brick built Barbecue unit and a set of exterior Table and Chairs complete with Sun shade.
In addition it has free WIFI throught.
The house comes very well equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave Nespreso Coffee machine...), TV Music player, Air conditioning.
The Living-dining room is compact but charming, equipped with a comfortable sofa with chaiselonge able to conveniently accommodate all guests, TV cabinet with storage space, 26'' TV, WIFI modem music player.
In the dining area, there is a glass table to seat 4 or 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with safe ceramic hob, an oven, washing machine, fridge, juicer, coffee maker, grater, cutlery & crockery set, pots and pans and all cooking utensils.
The master bedroom has a double bed and two wardrobes. It is equipped with an air conditioning unit to ensures comfortable nights in the summer.
The second bedroom has a comfortable nest of single beds. Therefore can easily be more spacious if only sleeping 1 guest.
The master bathroom is equipped with a bath tub and shower. The other bathroom has a standard shower.
Bedding and towels are provided. (but not for the beach, sorry).
All the usual beach sports are available including Kite surfing & Bike rentals !! Located in this well know district with all services and many small restaurants and terraced cafes. Ideal for a few days or a long stay in Valencia, with the most attractive places day and night within easy reach on foot or if you would like to go further afield, using the public transport is also very convenient.
ON ARRIVAL:
A Refundable security damage deposit of 150 Euros will be collect on arrival. Subject to no damages, this will be refunded immediately on departure or with in 24hrs in case guest checks out on their own accord. (may vary according to length of stay)...
HOUSE RULES
- Be responsible and careful with the contents of the house and also with the other residents of the neighborhood.
- Do not accommodate more guests than requested in the reservation.
- No smoking on the premises is preferred.
- If the booking is for one night the cost for cleaning is omly 15 euros. For more than one night the cleaning cost is 30 euros.
GETTING THERE:
. Arriving by plane at Manises airport ! Distance: approx 15km
. By car: 20 minutes by motorway A3/ E901 Madrid, Valencia and entering Avenida del Cid or the North ring road CV-30... follow signs to Alboraya, then Malvarosa ! From Barcelona follow the A7 /E15 /V-21 to city center, then signs to Malvarosa.
. By subway: Line 3 or 5 to direction colon, approx 20 minutes (16 stops) change at BENIMACLET to Tram line 4 to EUGENIA VINES
. Arrival by train to North Station "VALENCIA NORD": Take Metro or Taxi is only about 10 euros

Nice house, good location, friendly and helpful local staff of HouseTrip. Everything went well, except for a small issue with heated water (getting colder after using shower).

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Lage (4min laufdistanz zum Strand, Taxi in die Altstadt 10 €). Kontakt mit Clifton immer vorhanden und zuvorkommend. Auch Lola (Dame vor Ort) ist sehr sympathisch. Bravo! Komme evtl. noch einmal!

Hello Zohaib... Thank you for taking the time to let me know how you stay was. Very sorry about the Wifi, but I have the maximum capacity that the local network provider can supply. Hopefully in time they will improve that. Soon, I plan to add a few more features to the house, to make it feel more like home a flat screen TV for starts and a movie selection). Respuesta del propietario Hi... thanks for the feedback, it is important to us. The hydro massage bath was installed for low maintenance, as it is not easy to assess. Because we are so close to the sea, the chrome gets tarnished very quickly. If it is not used frequently, the water that lies in the pipes oxidises... This is more apparent, because there has been low usage of the property during the winter months. However, we plan to check it before and after each visit in the future. Sorry that you were not satisfied with this facility. It has been cleaned further since. I am glad to learn that you enjoyed the rest of the house and zone. Regards Clifton
