Nice View Flat near Beach & Marina in Ag. Nikolaos

Our property is a two-storey 180m2 apartment (1st & 2nd floors), located in Agios Nikolaos, one of the most picturesque resorts in Crete, well known for its unique dry climate, mild weather and beautiful beaches. Our guests will be able to use one of the 3 bedrooms, 1 of the 2 bathrooms and the small living room with basic kitchen facilities (altogether ~45m2, at 1st floor).

Guests will enjoy our spare “Red” bedroom with twin beds, big clothes closet, TV, DVD and its private balcony, overlooking nearby (<100m) “Kitroplatia” Beach.

They will also be able to use, just on their own, the spare “Green” living room - kitchenette of the property, overlooking to the back yard - garden with lemon-, pomegranate-, olive- and almond trees.
Sofa/Futon sleeps 2 children or 1 adult. TV and big clothes closet are available. So are Microwave, Coffee maker, Immersion Heater, Toaster & Refrigerator, suitable for preparing breakfast and light meals.

The main “Blue” bathroom of the property will be of private use just for our guests. Once per stay/week, our guests will be able to use our BBQ, located on our upper level balcony, overlooking the beach.

The property is only 5 minutes walk from the center of the town, its famous Lake, the Marina and the Port. Yet it is quiet, as it is located at a pedestrian street / stairs, overlooking Kitroplatia Beach. The beach has been awarded with a Blue Flag and it’s ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Around the beach, several quality restaurants and cafes are open all year round, serving both the locals and the guests of Agios Nikolaos.

Last but not least, our guests will enjoy the unique climate of the area: relatively mild temperatures all year round and low humidity, despite the nearby sea. This climate has made Agios Nikolaos into the very first resort in Crete, as early as in the 1960’s.
