This very cozy and cute apartment is situated in the Fine Arts College's Avenue in the amazing city of Porto ( 7 minutes walk to the city hall, 15 min to the river, 3 min to the metro ).
You will have full access to the apartment which has a private bedroom with double bed, a totally prepared kitchen (modern oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, dishes, basic ingredients for cooking, etc.), a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two and a bathroom. Also free wi-fi internet. No TV sorry, time to clean your head! ;)
Wake up with a beautiful light in the house as it is facing south and discover the city by walking through uneven but charming streets. If you need to buy any food you just have to go down the building by elevator and you will meet in the same avenue small traders as a a bakery, a butcher, a fishmonger and a market. I will also be very pleased to indicate you the highlights of the city depending on the gender you like: cultural, arts, architecture, historic, social, night life, food, wines, music, natural surrounds, etc.
You can reach most of the main sites by walking, but if you bring or rent a car you will also find easy free parking.
The price is for the full apartment, very well suited for a single, one or two couples or a couple with children. You can bring your pets too.
The only condition is to leave the apartment as you found it :)

Good apartment in a characterful part of town with good access to the city centre by foot, metro or bus. Local shops on the doorstep for simple food requirements and cafes for breakfast and light snacks. Apartment comfortable. clean, light and airy. Laetitia collected us from the airport and we had a quick city tour by night which helped us get our bearings for visiting the city, where we had an excellent stay.
The appartment is very spacious and bright. Everything is right as you can read it in the description and see on the pictures except for the house number which is different from the stated but Laetitia will probably tell you about this if you contact her. She is a very friendly host and gives you good advices about the characteristics of the city!
