The elevator apartment is a hotel-style service apartment, offering comprehensive facilities and services for leisure and business stays. This apartment has a single kitchen, a bedroom, a queen size bed and a sofa bed, private full bathroom, with an open view and a quiet comfortable environment.

2. Transportation

The traffic is convenient, you can easily go to anywhere you want. This apartment is about 10 minutes by walking can go to subway line 2 and line 7 (Century Park Subway Station and Longyang Road Subway & Maglev Station), the New International Expo Center is only 2.5 kilometers away. Subway line 2 can quickly and directly to Pudong International Airport, Hongqiao International Airport, Hongqiao Railway Station, Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, Lujiazui, Oriental Pearl Tower, World Financial Center, Jin Mao Tower, the Bund, Nanjing Road, People's Square, Yuyuan Garden and City God Temple, etc.

There are many banks, 24-hour convenience stores, hypermarkets, supermarkets, coffee bars and food courts nearby.
Room equipped with digital cable TV, 32 inches Full-HD LED TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, hair dryer, rice cooker, induction cooker, a full set of cozy bedding and tablewares.

5. House Rules

1) No Pets.
2) Please keep clean and care facilities.
3) Please be "green" and turn off lights, air conditionings and other things when leaving the apartment.
4) Upon checking in, due to length of stay, a REFUNDABLE security deposit of USD100~200 is required for all guests and returned at the end of your stay, assuming no damages have been incurred.
