Flat and rooms

Flat-apartment Vladek is an ideal apartment-flat (38 m2) for Your placement, for the placement of Your family, friends, aquitances, etc, in case that You or somebody is staying for one or more days in Zagreb. Our apartment-flat has 2 bedrooms (in one there are 2 beds in another 1 bed+bunk bed), toillette and bathrom, and small corridor. Apart of that, the apartment has been freshly painted (walls and wooden parts), it has cable TV and fast flate rate internet and central heating system on gas. The apartment is in the ground floor and all the windows are looking into green and peaceful park which gives the feeling of relaxation, peace and pleasantness without noisse, car gasses, with clean and fresh air looking on the northern side of the world...

In the western part of the city of Zagreb, there is a part called Črnomerec (Chernomerets), there is a street named Prilaz baruna Filipovića. At number 26, it is a building where our apartment-flat Vladek is placed. The very building has been build in the year 1932. but it has recently been rennovated (painted walls and wooden parts from inside the building). On the opposite side of this building there is a business centre and factory called "Pliva". Our main focus is to make a pleasant and comfort environment for our guests, so that they could feel like at their own home.

Flat-apartment Vladek, is placed in the building, which position is near the main streets close to tramway and city bus lines (only 100 meters away from Ilica the longest street in Zagreb), Prilaz baruna Filipovića street goes from the southern part of the building, and close to the apartment is tramway curve Črnomerec – tramway lines – 2, 6, 11, and also city bus curve for the buses for western parts of the city (cca 300 meters), shopping centres like Getro (cca 150 meters), Billa & Bipa, cca (250 meters), Konzum (cca 400 meters), and also some smaller shops (closes shop Ana with food items is only 30 meters from the very building), which are mainly placed in Ilica or on the tramway/bus curve Črnomerec. There is also free parking area for cars right in front of building.

Close to flat-apartment Vladek, one can find several important object: cords, Sveti Duh hospital, Clinical center Sestre Milosrdnice in Vinogradska street, Clinics for children diseases in Klaićeva street, Institut for tumors in Ilica, and business building of GlaxoSmithKline
