This apartment stands out thanks to its exceptionally high ceilings throughout, giving a rare feeling of space. The main living space comprises of two tall French windows which give a wonderful airy and fresh feel to the room, while the immense sunlight that comes through these windows light up the whole apartment. The general style of the interior is luxurious, elegant and refined, from the overall design scheme down to the very smallest detail touches. Instantly, one feels drawn into the superbly appointed living room. This room is beautifully decorated in prune and beige which contrast sharply with the deep red and charcoal of the furnishings. The seating area features a large comfy sofa (unfolds into queen sized bed as required). This room contains a flat screen television and DVD player.
The kitchen is open, built into a large recess, next to the dining area. The units are beautifully finished in a fresh white, with a subtle grey worktop. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one needs for daily living and is perfect for preparing that evening meal.
The bedroom is very welcoming indeed. It is beautifully decorated in natural tones and soft lighting which give a real soothing and relaxing feel to the room. A large window overlooks the picturesque courtyard and the amazing greenery that surrounds the building exterior. This room is calm and quiet and a great night’s sleep can only be ensured here; A perfect haven. Ample clothes storage is provided by the fitted cupboards. The room also contains a desk/ dressing table which is most convenient.
The bathroom is spacious and bright and contains a large shower unit, wash basin and towel dryer. The toilet is separate as is often the case in Paris apartments.
With a perfectly central location and a beautiful contemporary interior, this is an ideal Paris home from which to explore all the best areas of central Paris on foot.

We stayed at the Marais Exclusive for five days and were delighted with the apartment. The main living room was light and bright, the kitchen and shower room were both modern and clean and the bedroom was very quiet and had an extremely comfortable bed. We were easily able to connect our laptop so could access our emails and the internet. Lovely bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine were there when we arrived and we had no problems following the instructions on how to access the property. We appreciated the folder with notes about the flat and surrounding area. This flat is on the third floor so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
