Independent entrance. A cosy, homely atmosphere.
The apartment has an open-plan Lounge /Kitchen / Dining area.

2 Double sofas, one is a sofa-bed (comfortably Sleeps 1). Fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD Player

Well equipped with Gas Hob with 5 rings, Electric Fan Oven/Grill, Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, and Microwave.
SHOWER ROOM: Shower, Wash Basin, WC and Bidet. Separate WC: with Wash Basin.

BEDROOM 2: 2 x Single Beds
Both bedrooms lead out onto the Balcony / Sun Terrace which is suitable for sun bathing or dining al fresco. From here you can enjoy splendid views of the woods, olive groves and mountain scenery, catch a glimpse of the sparkling sea in the distance, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets
Access to the Washing Machine in the downstairs Utility Room. Iron/Ironing Board, and Hair-drier

We speak fluent English and Italian and are on hand to ensure you have a most enjoyable holiday.
