An internal staircase leads up on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, sharing a spacious bath/wc. Both bedrooms lead to a balcony with beautiful views. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Satellite TV, Stereo, DVD, safe, home cinema.

The villas are situated in the outskirts of Rousospiti village, about 6 km from Rethymno town, where all the amenities can be found. The airport distances are as follows, 75 km. from Chania Airport and 90 km. from Heraklion Airport. There are a couple of taverns and a mini market in the village. A car is considered to be essential for exploring the island and the whole area.
