Great choice for budget travel. Appartment itself if very clean ,big,has everything you need. Marco , the owner, is very charming and helpfull,totally reliable and nice. Few things to keep in mind. Immediate neighborhood is not very impressive . Just as any similar area near any train station. It did not bother us, but you need to be aware of what it is. Commute to the center of Rome is convenient, but you need to realize that you are not in an actual center of the city,but somewhat off. We used Metro most of the time,as well as bus 492,which gets you to the most important areas in the city . Overall it is a great place if you are looking to see Rome and save money. We could recommend it for a budget option.Many Thanks to Marco,who organized everything very professionally and efficiently.
L'appartement est vraiment très spacieux, propre et confortable. Très bien situé (à 5 min à pied de la station métro et bus de Tiburtina FS) sa localisation nous a permis de visiter Rome de façon très agréable. Seuls petits détails : les radiateurs ne fonctionnaient pas et nous avons donc passé une soirée un peu fraîche, heureusement qu'il a fait beau les autres jours et il n'y avait pas de machine à café, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué. Marco nous a accueillis de façon tout à fait agréable ! Nous n'avons pas suivi ses conseils de restauration, car notre budget était un peu serré mais grâce à lui, nous avons trouvé un marché proche de l'appartement tout-à-fait sympathique, ainsi qu'un supermarché très adapté à nos besoins et nos moyens. Si nous retournons à Rome, nous reprendrons cet appartement.
Wow - what a great apartment!!!! So much space, really good for us and our 2 young children, we really enjoyed our time in Rome. Apartment is really close to train station and so easy to get to Rome central. Had everything we needed, a really nice big tv with some English channels and the bonus of a washing machine. Marco (owner) is awesome, have us a map and marked out all the good places to eat and where to visit. Definately the place to stay in Rome - a must :))
