The apartment which is part of a five story apartment house, built during the turn of the 19th century, is right in the centre of Berlin north of the Tiergarten Park and very close to the new main train stations Lehrter Bahnhof. It has integrated terrace facing south. From the upper level bedroom you have a good view reaching from the TV-tower at Berlin Alexander Square the Victory column. The apartment has been reconstructed recently to offer more space and light. Shopping can be done in the near neighbourhood. Access to public transport is very good.

por We stayed for a few days in the loft and I must say that it was probably the best holiday rental experience I ever got! Everything was perfect even when one looks at the smallest details: there even was a Nespresso machine in the kitchen, best coffee in the world! The decoration is very good, the view is astounding, there is a nice selection of books you can read, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is Internet with a laptop at your disposal in case you forgot yours. Stephan, the host, is the nicest man ever: we stayed in touch since our stay and we now even work together! Highly recommended to everyone looking for a top-class stay in Berlin at more-than-fair prices. Arnaud
