Holiday apartment for rent all year round, in the grounds of a historical Italian villa a few kilometers from Venice. The Villa is situated in the commune of Mira, on the Brenta Riviera, midway between Venice (12.5 miles / 20 km) and Padua (14 miles / 22 km), The apartment is the result of a careful restructuring of the farm outbuildings attached to an 18th century villa. It is composed by a bedroom with a double bed, by a kitchen dining room with a double sofà-bed and a bath room.
The villa has a large well-equipped garden and internal parking.
There are four way to reach Venice from Villa Pastori or for traveling around the area;
- by car. in 20 min you can reach the parking in Piazzale Roma (the entry to Venice) or on the island of Tronchetto.
- by bus. The bus stop is 350 m from the villa and the journey to Piazzale Roma takes 35 min. There are buses from the 7.10 in the morning to 23.10 in the night, twice an hour or more. The same from the return journey: the last start from Venice is about midnight. The same buses will carry you to Padua and to all the interesting villages in the Brenta Riviera
- by train. Mira/Mirano station is 3.5 km from the villa and the 20 min. train ride to Venezia S. Lucia station is a comfortable way to reach the center of Venice. The same for Padua/ Verona/Vicenza. There is no direct bus from Villa Pastori to the station, you need to reach the station by bycicle or car. There is a parking site near the station where is possible to leave the bycicle/car. There are trains going to Venice from 7.09 in the morning to 20.54 in the evening, once or twice an hour. The same from Venice.
- by ferry from Fusina (7 km from the villa, it is not connected by direct bus). A wonderful 30 min trip across the Venice lagoon takes you to the heart of the city.
The closest beaches are Jesolo, with roughly 35 kilometers at the east of Venice, or Rosolina Pond, with roughly 40 kilometers to the south of Venice. It is also possible to take a small boat at Fusina (7 kilometer from the Villa Pastori) which brings to the beaches of Malamocco, after a 1 hour trip in the venetian lagoon. There are two water parks, with toboga, swimming pool.... at Noale 16 km and Padova 24 km .

Supermarket, fishery, bakery, fruit store and restaurants are at walkink distance from the Villa. At 10 kilometers from the Villa there is a golf club with two different courses: a "classic" one of 18 holes and an "executive" one of 9 holes.
