Clean and homely apartment in the absolute heart of Amsterdam, built in 1663 on a canal consisting of a marble entrance hall, large living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 double bedroom and a small roof terrace.
The Living area has 3 large windows and French doors overlooking the canal and contains a television and surround sound system. The entire house is covered with private Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas stove top as well as all other necessary utilities.
The newly renovated bathroom contains a bath and shower with windows overlooking Amsterdam. For laundry there is a fully fitted washing machine and dryer.
From the top floor there is access to a small roof terrace.
This apartment is situated in the heart of Amsterdam. 2 minutes’ walk to Dam Square, the main shopping street and trams, 5 minutes’ walk to the metro and 15 minutes’ walk to Central Station.
Please note that this apartment is on the fifth floor, there are no elevators and in true typical Dutch form the stairs are very steep.
House parties and pets are not welcome.

Perfect apartment with perfect location, 2 min walk from dam square and the famouse greenhouse coffee shop is just below apartment. Nice view of the gracht and plenty of takeaways & restruants at stones throw. Eddy was not around but James looked after us and let us checking early and check out late the next day, James was a great host and very friendly happy smiley guy:) Me and wife will be booking this apartment again when we get another babysitter:) Peace and love Charlene & meaza
Great apartment in a perfect location. Although you are 1 short street away from both Dam Square and The Red Light district this is still a very quiet area. Lovely living room kitchen and bathroom, the bedroom was cosy but could do with a bit of reworking and a lick of paint. We had almost everything we needed, but were only left with 1 roll of toilet paper for the weekend. also they could have had spare towels and betting but it didnt matter. We loved the apartment and cant wait to go back and stay again in Summer.
