Entire 1 bed flat with roof terrace. Located on the first floor of an attractive period property on a residential road in the heart of Clapham Old Town, this fabulous flat offers beautifully presented living space with an elegant interior.
The property comprises reception room with fireplace, separate kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and lovely private roof terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped with all you’d expect. French doors lead out onto roof terrace lovely for dining in the summer. BBQ and outdoor dining table chair set available for your use

The flat is in the heart of Clapham Old Town and a 2mins walk from the open green spaces of Clapham Common. On sunny days the common is its packed with twenty - thirtysomethings sunbathing, playing ball games and relaxing and having picnics with friends
The area is cosmopolitan and very popular with young professionals and families alike. Everything you need is on your door steps... great bars, pubs, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, cinema and boutique shops.

15 mins by tube to central London.
Local transport links include Clapham Common Underground Station (Northern Line). Clapham North, Wandsworth Road Station and Clapham Juntion (National Rail).
The Northern Line Underground station is 8 minutes walk away allowing you easy connection to any London destination.

The flat will be thoroughly cleaned for your arrival at no additional charge. Regrettably mid-stay cleans are not available. I will however leave plenty of cleaning products and a hoover in the flat should you need them. I'll also leave spare bedding and towels for bookings over 6 nights
NO OTHER FEES
I do not charge a deposit or cleaning fee as I understand that holidays and mini breaks are expensive enough. I've hosted around 50 guests to date and everyone has treated my home beautifully and so I'd like to pass that good will on :)

Prior to my stay and during my visit, Allie was easy to communicate with, always answering any questions promptly. The mini-manual in the flat provided lots of helpful information and handy tips about the local area. The flat itself was lovely: cosy, beautifully decorated and with everything I needed. Having wifi and Sky TV was particularly good. The heating worked quickly and having access to a washing machine made being away from home easy. The local area was lovely with plenty of good pubs to choose from. A 5 minute walk got me to the tube station and there were many bus routes servicing the area. I would not hesitate to book another stay!
