HUGE CONDO W/ SUPERB PANORAMIC SEAVIEW::BEACHFRONT

Probably the best things about this place is the MOST beautiful sea view, the near distance to the beach, the safe and good environment, and the touch of locals and nature around the area.

This beautiful and luxury is located within a small and safe beachfront development project (almost opposite Koh Samed, a very beautiful island). The beach is safe-to-swim and very very beautiful. There are 3 phases within the project: beach villas (28 units), pool villa (7 units; we also have one of that for rent) and the condominium (50 units.)

Located in a small and gated community, great security, and services, this condo is going to be a great place to stay for everyone. There is a nice medium-sized pool right at the ground floor of the condo building, and an air-conditioned fitness room next to it, as well as a lounge (also with A/C), both rooms have huge glass so they get very good view of the pool, ideal for adults to hang out or exercise while the kids are at the pool.

The story of this condo actually started when my parents found a beachfront villa there, and we bought the place almost on the first day that we saw it since it was so beautiful, and in such a perfect location! We often go there, and enjoy very much the great weather and the atmosphere there, as well as the ease of finding good and low-priced food around the house and activities to do. We love it so much that we decided to also buy 2 units of condo and a pool villa to rent out!

I gotta tell you the scenery is breathtaking, and the weather is really amazing there, as you can see from the photos that I took myself.

The project also has a bigger pool which just right in front of the beach.

I, as the owner, is willing to help the guests make arrangements about all kinds of things as I run my own company and have flexible schedule. So, anything, just ask!

And the guests are all very friendly and well-mannered as the location (Klaeng and Phe area in Rayong) is known for being peaceful and quiet, as it doesn't have any night lift or crazy beach stuff. The Scandinavian families are perhaps the most seen tourists around this area.
