It is fìve minutes walking distance from the very famous Piazza S. Marco,5 minutes from Biennale art exibition, one minute from Arsenale and 10 minutes by boat from the Lido beach (where the International Film Festival is performed in September).
It is a 40 square metres Studio on the fìrst floor of a Gothic Palace, renovated, brightly painted and well-furnished, sunny and very quiet.
It has a Venetian floor and a timber ceiling and is furnished with
antiques.
It is perfect for a couple.
The studio consists of a kitchenette with a washing machine,a bedroom corner with a very confortable double bed, a living-dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a bathroom with shower.
Fully Equipped.
- BED SHEETS and TOWELS: double-bed linen and towels will be provided only for 2 guests.
If you come with friends or children, please remember to bring your towels and double-bed linen for the sofa bed.
If you like,towels and bed linen are available for rent on request.

We absolutely loved this beautiful property. The location couldn't have been more perfect - it was just a few minutes walk away from St Marks Square and yet it was in a really quiet area. The entrance hall is particularly impressive! The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, our host Silva has thought of everything. We have already recommended this property to a few of our friends who are thinking of coming to Venice in the near future. A huge thank you from us both.
Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden und ideal für zwei Personen. Sie war sauber und geräumig, die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ein kleiner Laden ist gerade um die Ecke. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fünf Minuten Gehdistanz. Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft voll zu. Nur wenige Minuten von der Vaporetto-Haltestelle Arsenale und keine zehn Minuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Empfehlung für Flughafentranfer: direkte Verbindung mit Vaporetto Linea Blu (75 Min, EUR 15 p.P.) das Boot ist meist leer, im krassen Gegensatz zu den innerstädtischen Vaporetti. An der Haltestelle holte uns der Assistent der Besitzerin ab. Vielen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt.
