You are booking a private, spacious room in my apartment, comes fully furnished with split air conditioner, standard UK size<b> double bed</b> and a<b> large wardrobe </b> with lock for your belongings, Please know, your room has<b> locks </b>and only you will have the keys, so it’s all safe and secure. which You can feel the privacy and comfort at a good European standard. This is not a hotel; this is your home away from your home.

<b>Towels, bed linen and hairdryer provided.</b> We always make sure that our guests have a very comfortable hotel experience.
With our standard private room you will share the bathroom and the kitchen.
The bathroom is equipped with <b>electric heater shower and good water pressure</b>; thoroughly cleaned every day with <b>Antibacterial Bathroom Cleaner!</b>

You can feel free to cook if you have a touch in food ;) The kitchen, though not a gourmet chef's kitchen, is adequately equipped with<b> two-ring hob and combo microwave/grill as well as a fridge & unlimited mineral water.</b>
There is no washing machine but launderettes are very nearby.

The apartment is equipped with<b> Wi-Fi and cable television</b> in the hall which you can always feel free to use it.

Our maid always makes sure that our flat is cleaned and serviced up to high standard. She will be cleaning the apartment every day at 11 mornings. The maid also will make fresh Indian Bread<b> (Chapatti) </b>for you if you like so.

The house is located in the quiet and safe area. And the apartment is on the first floor of the house.
You can reach <b>Arabian Sea beach</b> in a few minutes’ walk from this place. The train station and bus stop is just 1 minute walk. You can find the local market in 2 minutes.
Also<b> Colaba, The Gateway of India</b>, the art deco style Regal theatre, the cafes (Mondegar, Royal and Leopold), and the<b> Taj Mahal Palace & Tower hotel</b> are just 15 minutes away.
