Good stuff: Location, free secure parking, reasons be price, nice facilities such as swimming pool & BBQ Bad stuff: The apartment we had was a bit scruffy - we moved the bed to fit a cot in and there was a condom wrapper, an old sock and loads of dust under it! The sofa bed was so uncomfy and the duvet on it was so grubby that my friend using it went out and purchased an air bed and new duvet from Argos. The apartment also needs some maintenance as there are gaps all around the bath & the shower screen doesnt fit. There is also a small hole in the bathroom floor and on the wall in one of the bedrooms. The window aren't safe if you have young children as they open very wide and are massive so they could fall out Overall the apartment was a bit disappointing and I wouldn't stay again which is a shame as the complex itself was pretty good

Thank you very much for the comments you have made re the apartment.I was very sorry to ready some of your comments. All the windows have child locks on them, a child could not open the windows by them selves but EVERY window has a CHILD lock to make sure they are safe as this apartment is on the 4th floor.I am sorry you did not see them. The sofa bed is brand new ( bought July 2011) and cost over £1000,it was bought from a very good furniture shop in Edinburgh who has been estiblished now for over 100 years, plus I paid extra to have a extra good mattress, I can forward you the invoice for this if you would like to see it. The spare duvet is a feather and down so mabey your friend did not like this type, again it was in perfect condition.The seal around the bath and the shower door are all fine, there is no problem with water leaking etc. I have noticed the small hole in the bedroom wall due to somebody slammimg the door open, and I have also noticed the small hole in the bathroom floor just as you go in. As for the dust etc in the bedroom I can only say I am sorry that this was left like that and I will have a strong word with my cleaners. I am also sorry you did not call me or Audrey to talk about these problem as one of us is in the building every day, and you did have all my numbers. We could have easly given you another duvet and showed you the child locks on all the windows and sortered out any other problems you may have had. Regards Agnes
