La chambre est équipée d’un lit double avec une bonne literie et d’un placard pour ranger vos vêtements. Les draps sont fournis.
La salle d’eau est équipée d’une grande douche moderne avec douche pluie, et flexible. Serviettes de toilettes fournies.
Le séjour possède un canapé lit pour couchage quotidien pour 2 personnes, une table, une TV, internet, et un bar.
La cuisine possède un frigo, un micro-onde, des plaques chauffantes, un lave linge séchant.
L’appartement donne sur deux cours calmes.

Vous êtes au cœur de Paris, que vous soyez venu pour la culture, le shopping, la gastronomie, les nuits parisiennes ou le charme des promenades sur les bords de Seine. Châtelet –les Halles est la station de métro la plus importante de Paris vous permettant d’aller dans toute la ville très rapidement ou d’accéder directement à l’aéroport. L’appartement est situé dans une petite rue très calme donnant sur les quais de Seine.
Quartier très commerçant, vous trouverez à coté de l’appartement tous les commerces alimentaires ou autres dont vous pourriez avoir besoin durant votre séjour. De plus vous êtes à 5 mn à pied du Louvre, de Notre Dame, de Saint Germain des prés, et du Marais.

The apartment :
A 2 rooms apartment, being able to receive up to 4 persons to make you feel like home.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with a good bedding and with a cupboard to tidy up your clothes. Sheets are supplied.
The shower-room is equipped with a big modern shower with shower rain, and flexible. Supplied towels.
The living room possesses a sofa reads for daily sleeping around for 2 persons, a table, a TV, internet, and a bar.
The kitchen possesses a refrigerator, one microwave, heating plates, one washing/drying machine.
The apartment looks onto two quiet yards.
The district:
You are in the heart of Paris, if you came for the culture, the shopping, the gastronomy, Parisian nights or the charm of the walks on the banks of the Seine. Châtelet - the Halle is the most important subway station of Paris allowing you to go in all the city very quickly or to reach directly the airport. The apartment is situated in a very quiet little street going to banks of the Seine.
Busy shopping district, you will find near by the apartment all the food shops or other trades which you could need during your stay. Furthermore you are 5 mn on foot of the Louvre, Notre-Dame, Saint Germain des Prés, and the Marais.

Pros and cons to this place - firstly, Elias was great, very informative and welcoming. The location of the apartment was (and still is) its biggest selling point. The apartment was clean, but it's falling apart. Hence the 'cons' - One reviewer noted a leaky tap on 20 Aug, and we stayed 15 November. Leaky (hot water) tap still not fixed which caused me to burn my hand when I tried to get a glass of cold water on the first day. I wrote to the owner as this is not Elias's responsiblity - no response whatsoever. The furniture's all a bit tattered, with sticky tape around the edges of tables, and sticky tape holding lamps in their stands, sticky tape holding together a toilet seat, and some shelving were decorative only with near max weight on them. But overall, this is a clean, small, and basic apartment in central paris. Recommended for short stays.

Elias was fantastic! So helpful and welcoming! The flat is in a fantastic location and near to the metro and to the Seine and everything you could want in Paris. It is well supplied with everything you'd need for a short stay. We did have some problems with noisy plumbing. Hope the toilet seat gets changed too. It's an unprepossessing entrance to the flat so don't be disappointed. But overall it was fine.
