The apartment was good, comfortable bed and sofa and well equiped. Kalaish was really nice with us. The only defect was the cleaning, when we arrive we had to clean all the dishes because they were dirty and the fridge smells horrible. In general the cleaning was not good. And when you leave you have to pay 45 pounds of cleaning fee. Maybe it is in the website but I didn't know that. Any case, the location is fantastic, near hyde park, and Albion Street is quiet. I think it's a little expensive, but I suppose you are paying the location...
Réponse du propriétaire Unfortunately these particluar guests left my apartment in a much worse state than they found it. In most cases one gets guests who treat a rental property with the same respect and cleanliness they would treat their own homes. I must add with all honesty the flat is ALWAYS made available to guests in the state and condition you see in the photographs provided. Neither the dishes nor anything else in the flat is ever provided in anything other than a clean condition. Please do come and discover for yourselves. Thank you
