Shelley The location was excellent, view was lovely overlooking the Thames. The additional charge of 50 pounds for a late arrival was not indicated upfront on the website and we were only informed when our booking was confirmed. Check in was very muddled and unclear. Dishwasher and washing machine did not clean effectively reducing functionality. The advertisement is misleading indicating a futon serving as an extra bed important for us as we have adult sons who were not inclined to sleep in a double bed together. There was no futon which meant our sons had to alternate the use of the second bedroom with one sleeping on the floor. We were in this apartment for 13 days and only received service once 2 days into our stay, therefore we had dirty towels, linen & bathrooms for the rest of the stay! Not satisfactory at all. We reported no hot water and yet did not receive a service call so we had to problem solve the issue ourselves which required us to figure out how to reset the hot water system.

Perry What a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic. The building had a grocery store, several restaurants and the bus and tube were across the street to take you anywhere in town. And a starbucks next to the bus station, you cant beat that. The apartment had everything you needed including a washer and dryer. The place was very clean and most important very quiet inside. We arrived early and our host was waiting to let us check in early. It’s important to keep in touch with them on your arrival and give them your contact information. They even cleaned the place and restocked items in the middle of our stay. I recommend you bring your own shampoo, wash cloth and bath soap. Having a kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking pans made dinners and breakfast very convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on staying at this exact location on our next trip. Perry Skogstad
