Cozy apartment close to the beach

Špinut (district where my apartment is situated) is near hill Marjan (the green lungs of Split) and beautiful Marjan beach. Swimming in gorgeous sea and lying in the shadow of pine trees is like heaven during hot summer afternoons.
Apartment is a little bit out of center of Split (about 10-15 minutes walking). It is situated on 7th floor with gorgeous view on Marjan hill and wood. In 5 minutes you can walk to Marjan beach, one of the most popular in Split. You need to walk 10-15 minutes from apartment to Diocletian palace and many more palaces inside it. Also, you have less than 20 minutes slow walking to the most popular sand beach Bačvice with showers and many night clubs.
Apartment consists of 2 rooms, one with huge bed for two and one room with 2 single beds, kitchen (all dishes inside if you want to cook for yourself, toaster and everything you need) and bathroom. There is air-condition so you will be able to enjoy and have a great sleep. Towels, blankets and sheets you will find in apartment and if you stay one week or more I will leave an extra one. There is also a wash machine if you will need it. In the fridge you will find juice, milk, butter, jam and some fresh fruits and on the table is bread, sugar, instant coffee, tea and in the morning I will serve you fresh donuts that I make.
It is possible to park car on the street (everybody are doing it, it is really safe).
There is no checking in and checking out time, it depends about guests after you, we can deal it a day before you leave, I never make any problem about it, it is flexible...
If you want to experience countryside, nature park and small towns around Split, my friend provide tours by her car (half day and one day) for good price. The brochure about it is in apartment together with city map and brochures with address of museums, rent-a-car and other things that can be interested for you. My friend provides tours by boat. Also, you will find brochures of agency tours so you can compare prices and choose the best for you.
The price is 50 EUR for 2 people, 65 for 3 and 80 for 4 people.
Also, if you check out my other listings, you will see that I have one more apartment on the same address. That one is next door, so if you need accommodation up to 7 persons, you can stay here all together. I hope you will enjoy it:)
