Walking distance 100 feet from the metro station that takes you everywhere in Berlin within 15 minutes (e.g. Alexander Platz) and nearby buses and cabs. Parking right outside the door.

Nice one-room apartment is extremely quiet - with a garden view - located on the 4th floor. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished in modern style. In the living room / bedroom is a large double bed for 2 people. A guestbed for a third person available, TV, DVD, CD A small, cozy dining table for 3 people invites you to dine together. A desk with PC and WiFi throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, from the pot up to the coffee machine. Good! One of us needed to be in Schoneberg everyday, the other sightseeing in various locations East and West. The Location of this flat was great for getting around by bus or U-Bahn (eg to Potsdammer Platz or Museuminsel, or the Zoo and Ku'Dam or out to the Wannsee and the Grunewald). We bought food in Nollendorfplatz and cooked in the apartment's newly fitted kitchen, and stayed in watching DVDs on an evening to keep our costs down. Clean, warm, well equipped, comfortable and spacious for two... I recommend it!
I stayed for 2 weeks. It is 1 block away from the subway and the supermarket. It is a very spacious and quiet unit. The fridge does not have a freezer-and there were no bowls- but the landlord was responsive to any issue and very nice. The place was very clean. The wifi was great, hot water was wonderful, the temperature very comfortable, as was the bed- although it is very low to the ground. Some colourful individuals to walk by at night, but all was okay. Had an elevator with about 7 steps to negotiate. Nice view from the windows- lots of windows. I would stay there again.
Petit logement neuf et fonctionnel, idéalement placé entre 3 lignes de métro (dont les 2 principales pour visiter Berlin). Petit bémol: On ne peut pas dire qu'il est fumeur puisqu'il est indiqué par la suite que c'est uniquement autorisé sur le balcon. Pour ceux que ça rebute, présence d'une antenne-relais à moins de 50 mètres... Sinon, pour le prix, allez-y, ça vaut le coup!
