Autumn Room is the name of the most beautiful room in my apartment, named Green Oasis.
Green Oasis is a lovely apartment within a newly built apartment house with its own parking and back garden.
*WELL CONNECTED* Located just a few minutes walk from public transport, shops, restaurants and pubs.
*PEACEFUL* You will wake-up surrounded by nature. There is a lot of green area around the apartment.
*BUSINESS* The apartment has business class internet connection and a nice office table.

All major means of transportation are available once you take a short walk:
- 5 min to metro Piata Sudului (main Bucharest metro line)
- 2 min to tram 11
- 2 min to bus 634
The travel times to main attractions (by public transport) are:
- Old town, 20 min
- Parliament Palace, 30 min
- Peasant Museum, 30 min

You will be staying in the Autumn Room, which has queen-size double bed suitable for 2 persons. The room has own locks and ensures complete privacy.
I am gladly to share the apartment with you. You will get to spend time with me and Alina. We are both young and outgoing.

Well-situated in the peaceful and safe 4th sector of Bucharest.
Around your future place, you'll find:
- A traditional Romanian marketplace
- Local restaurants and shops cater to all tastes and budgets
- Sun Plaza, one of the biggest shopping centres in Bucharest
- Tineretului park (The youth park) the preferred location for Romanian young generation.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a newly built apartment house. Everything is new inside the apartment.
My personal parking lot is yours for the whole period of the stay.
The apartment house has a beautiful garden with a playground for kids.
ROOMS:
Two master bedrooms named "Autumn Room" and "Breezy Room" will offer you the best comfort during your stay. Both rooms have queen-size double beds. The living room is quite spacious and can house 2 people on the pull-out double-sofa.
BATHROOM:
It has a real bathroom with bathtub and toilet. We supply clean towels.
KITCHEN:
The modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a big meal or quick snack before hitting the town - microwave, modern stove, oven, cutting board, fridge, pots, pans and all other necessary cooking utensils !
OTHER:
The apartment is cleaned and sheets are changed after every guest.

SMOKING: You can enjoy a good cigarette on the large open balcony, but I would not allow smoking inside the apartment.
DEPOSIT: A 50€ security deposit will be asked at arrival and refund at departure.
