Beautiful apartment on the second floor just outside of the City Center. Reach Amsterdam City Center within 5 minutes by public transport or 15 minutes by foot. This apartment is located between the world famous Amstel Canal and the beautiful Oosterpark.
In the short distance of this apartment you will find all facilities that you need during your stay in Amsterdam: public transport, supermarket, park, hospital, 3 great night clubs and many restaurants/bars/pubs. But also several museums and even Artis Zoo is reachable in no-time.
::Living room::
A living room with big windows opening up the view to the square in front of the apartment. The living room is foreseen with a 37 inch flatscreen and digital television. A double pull out sofa is available for 2 additional persons, so that in total 4 persons could stay in this apartment.
::Kitchen::
Luxury kitchen with a microwave combi oven and dishwasher. A fantastic Nespresso machine is available that will foresee in your daily coffee need. This Nespresso machine makes your breakfast a big pleasure! Of course this kitchen is foreseen with a large fridge. This kitchen is foreseen with many pots and pans, so that preparing a nice dinner at home shouldn’t be a problem.
::Bathroom::
Large bathroom with luxury interior, douche gel and shampoo free of charge. For the ladies there is a hair dryer.
::Bedroom::
This apartment has a large bedroom with a fantastics relaxing mattress, this for sure will make you feel comfortable. The bedroom has a number of big windows and a door opening up to the balcony with a nice view on the garden. On request we can place a baby cot in the bedroom.

Free Internet via WiFi, Digital Television, Washing Machine, Ironing.
Welcome map: The welcome map provides you with all the relevant information about the neighborhood, where to find the ATMs, the history and other interesting information. In the map you will even find a few city tours by foot free of charge.
Please notice that the apartment is perfectly suited for 2 - 4 persons. A fifth persons would make this apartment interesting in terms of costs. This fifth person then will sleep on a comfortable air mattress. Please notice that a fifth person will make the apartment a bit less comfortable because of its limited size.

Normal check in check out times (which obviously are included in the price):
- Check in between 13.00 and 20.00
- Check out between 08.00 and 11.00
Of course we know that these times are not always sufficient. Therefore I am happy to let you know that we are very flexible regarding the check in and check out times. You are kindly asked to pay the additional fee for early or late check-in/check-out to the greeteners:
- Early check in before 13.00 for an additional fee of 30 euro
- Late check in between 20.00 and 23.00 for an additional fee of 30 euro
- Late check in after 23.00 for an additional fee of 50 euro
- Early check out before 08.00 for 30 euro

A deux pas du métro qui est à 2 stations du centre, et dans le calme bienvenu d'un quartier d'habitations non touristiques, avec petits commerces tout proches: un lieu idéal pour visiteurs d'Amsterdam supportant le calme! Accueil de Mario très chaleureux, appartement avec toutes commodités -sauf un Wifi récalcitrant: pas grave! Il est bon de se couper du travail parfois, non? Ne pas oublier d'aller en bord de mer, au-delà de Haarlem. Train efficace: paysage magnifique! Merci Mario!
