This recently modernized and stylishly enhanced two-bedroom apartment faces the end of the Middenweg street. With the Oosterpark within 100 meters distance from the apartment, you are not far away from taking a romantic walk with your significant other. Having a work-out is a great way to start your day as well. A playground for children to release their energy is in the park and in summer time, there is even a pool for younger children. The entrance is free.

Public transport is easily accessible with the Tram #9 stopping 50 meters distance away from the apartment. It passes through the lovely Middenweg shopping street itself and takes 5 minutes to get to the Waterloo Square and in 10 minutes to the Central Station for around 2 euros per person per ride. Taxi service is also available which usually arrives at the apartment quickly and can bring you to any address in Amsterdam Center in about 10 minutes.

This pleasant 2-bedroom holiday apartment has all the warmth of home. With modest furniture to cushioned bedding, all of your guests will be pleased.

Covering 80 square meters, the living room can be used as a bedroom. There is one double bed in this area. With a flat screen T.V. to make your guests laugh and plenty of windows that allows sunshine in, this is a great spot to be at in the apartment. A bedside table to the side and a lamp that hangs provides more light if necessary.

The first and second bedrooms all have double beds that can be split and turned into single beds with their respective bedside tables, lamps and a walk in closet as well. All bed sheets and linens will be provided for your guests. Living room we have 4 sleeping couches, each sleeping couch is for two persons.

In the main bedroom you can find one bathroom and inside the apartment you can find another bathroom. The bathroom has a bath tub and shower and fresh towels is available for everyone to use as well as a hair dryer.

The open bright kitchen is fully equipped with a miniature fridge to keep your food fresh. A kettle along with a toaster are the best supporters when preparing breakfast. A microwave for quick heating and all cooking utensils are provided to help you make tasty meals using the electric stove and oven. Sit around the dining table afterwards and gossip about your day while eating! Be reassured when doing the dishes, just drop it in the dishwasher, press the button and go about your business.

The perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or to have a smoke.

Please note the following conditions:

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

-Late check-in from 6pm - 10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
