Completely renovated and comfortably decorated private condo located in a very quiet community in the village of Playa del Aguila (Eagle Beach). Aguycan Beach Apartments are located directly on the beach of Playa del Aguila and have a direct access to the beach. This condo is situated with the balcony overlooking not only the pool but also offers a view of the beach.

It offers a fully stocked kitchen with all the extras including; tea, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, flour, rice, pasta, olive oil, etc. Dish detergent, sponges, towels, garbage(rubbish) bags, etc, are all provided. Stocked with a microwave/grill, coffeemaker, water cooker, ceramic cook-top, pots & pans, cooking utensils and much more.
Living room with a nice view, equipped with 32" LCD TV, satellite (German channels mainly), a sofa that can sleep one person. There is also a small self service bar with a selection of glasses, bottle opener, corkscrew as well as a small wine & alcohol assortment.

The Bathroom is equipped with shower, washing machine and hair dryer is also provided.
The bedroom, furnished with 2 single beds, all the linens, blankets, feather beds, towels & beach towels, iron, clothes hangers, vacuum cleaner and extras you want or need.

Beside a pool there also is a tennis court & ping pong table free of charge and we have racquets also free of charge.

MINIMUM STAY - 5 or 7 days - depending on the season.
THIRD PERSON surcharge - €5/person per day.

You have two beaches to choose from. One you have direct access to from the back entrance and the other, a semi private cove is a 2 minute walk across the street. For windsurf enthusiasts or those who want to give it a try, Bjorn Dunkerkeck's surf shop is located right on the beach; classes and gear are available.

Great location if you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of the usual tourist areas but still want to be close enough to town.

Street parking only. 24 hour public transport - Bus and taxi are within 500m and the nearest shopping center is within a 5 minute ride away. There are two mini-markets within less than 2 minute walking distance.
You have a selection of 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance(3 minutes), another,which I highly recommend is just 5 minutes by car.
A local fisherman and resident on our beach since more than 25 years sells real "fresh fish", catch of the day, for those who get there before noon.

NOTE:
Cleaning Fee: There have been many a comment about this. This surcharge, as listed below is not charged to clean up after you check out, but it is to guarantee you, the guest, that everything is absolutely clean when you enter the apartment. We have taken this extra step as we know that not everyone washes the dishes the same way, and that last thing you want to do on your first vacation day is to start cleaning or washing dishes. In order to be fair to all our guests, weather you stay 4 days or 30, the fee is the same.
