Villa Torricella is situated in a lovely position close to Monte San Savino a pretty hill town in the verdant countryside between Arezzo and the Chianti area. There are beautiful views of the valley and town from the swimming pool ideally placed in the grounds below the villa, where there is also a Jacuzzi tub. Simply furnished in homely country style, the villa is surrounded by a large garden with gazebo perfect for dining al fresco whilst enjoying the lovely panorama.

Villa Torricella has two floors, the ground floor consists of a kitchen with dining table and chairs, a spacious room with fireplace, settee, satellite television and romantic four poster bed which can be used as a sleeping or living area, and there is a shower room with hydro massage shower. Stairs lead to the first floor and a little sitting room with fireplace and settee (which can convert to a French bed on request to accommodate up to 2 extra persons). On the same floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom

In front of the villa is a pretty garden where there is a barbecue, and lovely gazebo with table and chairs for dining al fresco. Ideally situated in the naturally terraced grounds below is a swimming pool (15m x 5m) which enjoys a fine panorama over the valley and the town of Monte San Savino. The pool is only occasionally used by the owners of the villa who live in the bordering property close by.

Villa Torricella is situated close to Monte San Savino, a pretty hill town with a selection of shops and restaurants just 1km away. It’s a good location from which to explore the area with Arezzo being close by, Florence and Siena easily accessible via good road links nearby, and there are lovely drives through the Chianti area with its beautiful castles and vineyards.
