Should the Property be found to have been damaged by the Client, and/or in the case of electricity or gas consumptions exceeding the limit of euro 70, then the Company will be entitled to retain the Security Deposit, without prejudice to the Company's right to claim compensation for any further damage caused.

Late check-in fee on weekends and Italian Holidays: 20 €
