This beautiful apartment is set in a unique luxurious development, to the west of Edinburgh city centre and only 10 minutes walk from Princes Street.
The apartments accommodation is spacious, bright and very comfortable, offering the highest standards throughout. The large living room looks out over the pretty courtyard and has modern furnishings, attractive pictures and plants together with many homely touches.
The luxury kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with washing machine/dryer, dish washer, mircowave and everything you may need to make this a home from home.
The bedrooms are most attractive and comfortable. There are four bedrooms: one has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom and three twin bedded rooms (one where the beds can be zipped together to form a king-size). All linen, towels and bedding are included.
This lovely holiday apartment provides an extremely high standard of self-catering holiday home for the discerning visitor, perfect as a base for all the Edinburgh Festival activities, or for a holiday at any time of the year for those wishing to enjoy the splendour of the capital city.
The accommodation building is secured by an entry phone system and private parking is available in the enclosed central courtyard. From the impressive entrance hallway, a lift services all floors.
In the immediate vicinity there are good local shops and a wide variety of International and European cuisine to be sampled. Haymarket Station is close at hand and there are plenty of buses to the city centre, the Airport, and beyond.
Leisure facilities within the building, and exclusive to residents INCLUDE A SWIMMING POOL and sauna. There is a roof terrace with spectacular rooftop views. In the central courtyard is a garden with barbecue.
