Das gesamte Objekt wurde im Sinne einer Komplettsanierung im Jahre 2011 vom Dach bis zum Keller umgebaut und auf den neuesten technischen Stand gebracht. Und dieses nicht nur mit viel Liebe zum Detail sondern auch mit Respekt vor dem damaligen Erbauer.
Das Objekt mit seiner Bauhaus-Fassade ist noch nicht komplett fertig gestellt, die Wohnungen sind aber seit Ende Oktober bezugsfertig und damit in der Vermietung.
Sie sind von uns mit entsprechendem Dekor und Möbeln ausgestattet wie z.B. einem TV-Flat im Schlafzimmer und im Wohn-/Essbereich sowie mit ansprechendem Mobiliar. In allen Wohneinheiten befindet sich WLAN und eine Stereoanlage mit IPod Anschluss ist ebenfalls Standardausstattung.
Sie verfügen über einen schönen Südbalkon und das Untergeschoß hat eine große Terrasse. Alle sind mit optisch ansprechendem Balkonmobiliar ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer haben eine Dusche mit Regenschauer-Duschkopf und auch hier haben wir uns kreative Gedanken gemacht, was sich doch sehr ansprechend darstellt.
Allen drei Wohneinheiten haben wir Bezeichnungen "Namen" von Weltmetropolen gegeben wie: (DG) die Beletage New York, (OG) Paris, (EG) London...
Die Wohnflächen liegen bei ca. 48,00 qm (DG), 50,00 qm (OG) und 54,00 qm (EG). Eine hochwertige Küchenzeile mit zeitloser Holzapplikation (Nussbaum/Aluoptik) gibt ein besonderes, luxuriöses Bild. Des Weiteren separates, großes Gefrierfach sowie ein amerikanischer Ess-/Stehtresen mit 2 Sitzhockern runden das Gesamtbild ab. Alle Bodenbeläge in den Küchen sind aus Granit.

Located in the centre of Findorff in a charming side street, you will find this nice refurbished house with a Bauhaus style front one can rarely find in Bremen.
This avant-garde house with the classical Modern Age style of the twenties was built in 1926 and its front has survived the war without any damages.
The house is separated into three apartment units, whereas there are only minor differences in size and furnishing. Two units have their own balcony, one has a large terrace.
The lovingly furnished holiday apartment "New York" (rated with 5 stars by the German Tourist Board) is suited for 2 guests (max. 3 persons for short-term stays) and has a size of 48 sqm. No children! (There are still some workings on this object!)

Our "Chillhome" is located in the heart of Bremen, more precisely in Findorff, the so-called Soho (art district of Manhattan, NY) of the Hanseatic citizens. This is why Findorff contrast strongly with other city districts, as it is not only its location that makes this area so special.
A special highlight is the weekly market in Findorff that reminds you of the charming Mediterranean markets in Spain. Localities, restaurants and rustic (corner) bars are "just around the corner".
You can easily explore the Blockland area by bike to see the wonderful nature reserve that provides several inns to have a drink or meal.
