Welcome! Where peace, tranquility eludes you, Here you will find, home comforts of a newly fully furnished apartment that sleeps 6. Two plush comfortable Queen size Sofa Beds, HDTV Flat Screen TV. Leading into the open plan kitchen, you have seating for 4 people. A Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Stove, Coffee Maker, and Fridge/Freezer. Moving on, the Bedroom provides, a plush queen size bed,(English King) and extra linen including quilts for those chilling nights, and double closets, facing the well kept Garden. The Bathroom has full size bath/ Shower including a blow dryer for your use. A Washer, and Dryer in the laundry room - (detergent provided) Last but not least, use of the Patio/garden.
Nestled on a beautiful tree lined block, amongst some of the most gorgeous period homes dating back to the early 1900. Bedford Stuyvesant has much to offer the avid traveler, or simply the first time traveler to Brooklyn New York.
Sneak a peek at some of the most beautiful churches along the historic rows and wonder amongst some of our many tasteful dinning establishment, such as Peaches, Saraghina, along (SOLA) Sold on Lewis Avenue, just an engaging walk all well rated amongst locals and restaraunt reviews. Not forgetting Mannys a stone throw away, where their hidden Garden will shade you in the summer sun. You can head down to Fort Green for local bars, and even more restaurants of your choice, along with the Barclays Center Arena, home of the Brooklyn Nets.
If you need a moment to take this all in, by all means, but during your stay, you will discover much more!
The Subway is a 10 minute walk to Fulton Street where you catch the "A" or "C" train, into Manhattan, 15 minutes away. Or the J train on Broadway. Cab transportation runs in the area at a blink of an eye, along with local buses nearby, which you can take to Downtown Brooklyn, which leads to another favorite haunt of Brooklyn - The Brooklyn Bridge, and water Taxis, which goes into Lower Manhattan. Transportation from JFK International by Airtrain, and then the MTA Subway takes around 45minutes, depending on the time of day or night, or by Yellow TLC Taxi 30 Minutes at best.
If you plan on renting a car during your stay, parking in the area is excellent at most times of the days and weekends,

After a 12hr trip we're relieved to have a warm welcome from our host Judith. Apartment and services exceeded our expectations. It is located in a friendly, quite neighborhood, appr. 10min walk from A/C substation. Several stores in close range, some open in late evening. Host always available by mail also prior to stay, swift responses, good advices. Perfect option for both first-time as experienced NY-visitors. Recommended! Un énorme merci à Judith pour ce merveilleux premier séjour à New York, nous avons adoré ce logement tellement confortable! sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité nous ont aidés à nous sentir bien et parfaitement à l'aise. L'appartement, à la propreté irréprochable, possède tout le confort nécessaire ainsi que des petits "plus" et détails pour nous faciliter la vie (mise à disposition de serviettes de toilettes, de produits d'entretien... Judith met même à disposition quelques aliments nécessaires en cas d'arrivée tardive. Son hospitalité et sa discrétion en font une hôtesse parfaite. Le logement est situé à 10 bonnes minutes à pied de la station de métro mais c'est une très bonne chose d'être éloigné en soirée de la folie sonore de Manhattan! Les habitants du quartier sont charmants et nous nous nous sommes toujours sentis en sécurité même en rentrant tard le soir en métro. Merci Judith d'avoir contribué à faire de ce voyage un rêve!!! Tout d'abord un grand MERCI à Judith pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité depuis le moment de la réservation, à chaque fois que j'ai eu besoin de renseignements Judith à toujours pris le temps de me répondre !! Un appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût très confortable, tout est parfait, l'équipement, la literie tout est propre !!!! Effectivement un peu loin de Manhattan mais finalement pour trouver le calme loin de cette ville effervescente rien de mieux !! Nous sommes sortis un soir et pris le taxi du pont de Brooklyn jusqu'à l'appartement pour 20 dollars c’est un bon choix. Vraiment Judith un grand merci pour tout ! A bientôt surement. Cathy et Rémy

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très accueillant, très propre et parfaitement équipé (une semaine en avril 2013). Judith nous a réservé un excellent accueil et a toujours été présente et réactive pour répondre à nos questions ou nous apporter son aide. Judith nous a réservé un très bon accueil! un endroit calme dans Brooklyn. Un environnement un peu bizarre au départ mais on s'y fait vite et on se sent rapidement chez soi. A conseiller vivement si on veut vivre le contraste entre Manhatten et Brookyn. Thanks Judith and hope to come back soon in New York !!
