This lovely one bedroom apartment in the heart of the elegant 7th arrondissement, a stone’s throw away from the Eiffel Tower is the perfect location for your Parisian getaway. The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully decorated in order to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
The entrance hall gives onto the living room, the toilet and a corridor to the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen.
The living room is equipped with a large dining table & six chairs, two double sofabeds (160cm by 200cm), coffee table, two side tables as well as the audiovisual and communications equipment: telephone, internet, television and DVD player.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and sink.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160cm by 200cm), two bedside tables and lamps, a large cupboard and a chest of drawers. The bedroom window gives onto a garden ensuring a good nights sleep.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas four ring cooker, oven, air extractor, fridge, microwave and washer. We have done our best to provide you with all the cooking and eating utensils you may need during your stay: plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pots, pans and etc… Should you require anything else to make your stay more comfortable do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to satisfy your wishes.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will rue Cler a pedestrian shopping street with its butchers, bakers, fishmongers, fruiters, cafes, bars, restaurants and more where you can sit on a terrace sipping a glass of champagne or do your shopping for your dinner. At the end of rue Cler is the place d’Ecole Militaire with its selection of cafés and restaurants – a perfect place to engage in the time honored Parisian pastime of people watching.
Tourist attractions within walking radius of the apartment include: the Eiffel Tower, the Bateau Mouches, the Ecole Militaire and Napolean’s grave at the Invalides. The excellent Parisian public transportation system will whisk you to all the other tourist sites

Great location. Spacious with comfortable beds in a house with flair.
super location, uncomplicated check-in and -out, comfortable sofa-beds, nice room-order even with baby sleeping while rest could talk in other room normally loud :-)
Very recommendable place to stay. Good beds, charmingful equipped flat with much space. Communication with our host was easy and very cooperative.
We were group of five adults. The stay was very pleasant. When we arrived, there was some body to receive us and the house was ready in full respect.Our host Kamran was on vacation, we could not meet her, but her colleagues was very cooperative and helpful. The public parking is bit expensive but very safe. The location of house is at a stone throw from Effeil Tower and Seine River cruise. The metro station is at about five minute walk.We enjoyed our stay. Thanks and best wishes to Kamran and her team.
The apartment was fine, it was a little hard to coordinate the arrival time but finally we got it. The location is excellent, close to Metro Stations. The distribution is not the best, kitchen is very small and could be a little more affordable. We enjoyed our stay but in order to improve we suggest to replace the covers of the two small sofas bed, they didn't look clean at all. Also towels and bed clothes would be better if they "look" like brand new. Elevator is important when you have luggage, tw is in great conditions, wi fi works perfect, it has nice illumination and ventilation. We would come back for sure if they do those small changes.
