Highfields Manor and Spa affords the discerning guest the opportunity to exclusively enjoy the property in the company of family, friends and colleagues.

Highfields Manor and Spa is a house for all seasons, making it the perfect venue for a house party, celebration, wedding, corporate event or family holiday, no matter when. Set in rolling countryside, yet within minutes of the M1 and M42 motorways, this Queen Anne style, architect designed, contemporary manor house, with ample parking, is easily accessible from all parts of the country.

Highfields Manor affords accommodation for up to 20 people, commanding uninterrupted views of the Charnwood Forest and comprises:
Large reception hall, leading to
Drawing room with formal seating for 14 people
Dining room, with place settings and seating for 20 people leading to
Dining kitchen with French doors to terraces, allowing for flexible indoor and outdoor dining, comprising:
- stunning central island
- 43” wall mounted LED television with sound bar and iPod dock
- integrated Range Master wine cooler and ice-maker
- integrated Miele appliances:
• combination steam oven
• combination oven and microwave
• induction hob and induction wok
• freezer
• fridges x 2

Indoor pool and spa with Jacuzzi, Porcelanosa steam/ sauna cubicle, 46” wall mounted LED television with sound bar and iPod dock.

All ground floor rooms have disabled access onto terraces and gardens.

Master suite and a further four first floor double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

The Party House, adjoining the main house, comprises:
• Games room, with pool table, dart board, shuffleboard table, big sound system
• Pilates/Yoga studio, with instructor available by arrangement.

Wifi is available throughout the property.

Additional Services
Whilst the property can be let on a self catering basis, continental breakfast, picnic/buffet lunches and/or evening meals are available on request.
Guests are able to e-mail a shopping list, allowing them to enjoy the property from the very start, rather than spending unnecessary time unloading and stowing away food and drinks.
A dedicated chef, concierge, chauffeur and maid service make for the ultimate luxury escape.

The Gardens
Whether wandering through the gardens, playing cricket or croquet on the lawns or having drinks and a barbeque on one of the many terraces, the party continues at Highfields Manor!

Equestrian Centre
An equestrian facility at the rear of the property, with all weather ménage and stabling for nine horses, makes Highfields Manor and Spa the perfect retreat for horse lovers who, by separate arrangement, are welcome to bring their horses and enjoy hacking out in what is the area of the Quorn Hunt.
