The beautifully appointed open plan, bespoke kitchen / living space ensures a wonderfully relaxing night in should you decide not to dine out.
The apartment sleeps 2. It has 1 double bedroom with large bed and 1 bathroom, featuring a luxurious Hans Grohe walk-in shower.
The apartment benefits from a WiFi connection and flat screen digital TVs and DVD players can be found in both the lounge and bedroom.
You will be greeted personally with a welcome pack full of the basic essentials as well as a couple of nice treats .
Only 20 yards from your front door you will find a Peter Yards state of the art cafe/restaurant, a Starbucks with patio area looking onto middle meadow walk and a Sainsburys supermarket.
The owner takes great pride in personally ensuring you enjoy your visit and will meet you at the property to show you around, handover keys and provide any other help or assistance you require. On top of this, the property benefits from a 24 hour concierge and videophone entry system.
This apartment is on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by lift, therefore suitable for disabled access.

Stayed during the Edinburgh Festival. It was the perfect location for this, and was great for us. Comfortable smart apartment. The internet didn't work for us because it was a dongle, and we had an IPad, rather than a laptop. A bit noisy in the mornings, from the back of Sainsbury's, but we loved the little deli/cafe Petr's Yard next to it.
Réponse du propriétaire Thanks for the comments - it is indeed a great location for the festival venues and indeed all of Edinburgh's central attractions - considering this location it is extremely quiet. This is the first time a guest has mentioned any noise from Sainsburys but of course we will speak to our residents association to see that the noise is kept to a minimum when there are deliveries. This way any noise should (and usually is) blocked out by the sound proofing and doubled glazed windows in the apartment. The dongle was a short term solution during a change of internet provider - there is now a high speed wireless router in place - apologies that the dongle was not compatible with the IPad when you were here - this was unfortunate timing!
