We stayed at Pedro's place for about 6 nights in Sep. 12. Generally, the house is great located (centrally to the train station, old city center and supermarket is next corner) as well as interior and architecture of the house is great - each of us (we were three) has its own bedroom. We also had bikes! As for drawbacks, there were unfortunately no Internet available and one of the toilets were broken. As for Internet, Pedro offered then his own computer but we didn't want to bear the risk of having someone's new laptop, especially knowing me :) as I tend to spill liquids :) Toilet was also not a biggest problem as we still had another one on the third floor :) We found out later that Pedro is though selling the house and we could not refuse him to show it up to two of his visitors as he told us that it was the first ones after 4 months, it was not a big problem considering that it was raining and I was home, it was just a bit unpleasant when somebody was walking around :) Anna
Beautiful house in a quite and charming square at the centre of Faro. Close to reach the airport, the high way, the port and the old city. The house had basically everything we needed for a few days stay and there were plenty of maps of the region and information about the activities to do. Pedro can also help with bike and car rental at low rates.
Was seriously impressed with the house! The photo's don't even do it justice, it was beautiful! A pleasure to stay there, so central and about a minutes walk away from a supermercado - excellent! Pedro was unbelievebly friendly as well, and made the trip even more memorable. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and oranges, he was a brilliant host! And he gave us plenty of local tips (good resteraunts, where to hire bikes, the BEST cycle route i've ever come across) which made the three days we stayed there easy and carefree - despite the fact we didnt know a word of portugese! Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday!! :)
